I graduated from ISU in 2006. I started teaching at Monroe in 2007. Throughout my eleven years of teaching, I have taught reading and language arts to 5th-8th graders. This year will be my twelfth year at Monroe. I currently teach 6th grade reading and language arts, 6th grade technology, and 6th grade science. I earned my master's degree from Walden University in 2010.
My family and I live in Monroe School District. I went to junior high at Monroe, and now my own children will be a part of the wonderful Monroe family. Our youngest son, Kaleb, is in second grade, and our oldest son, Jaron, is in fourth grade. Our yorkie-poo, Luna, is just around 5 pounds! SO TINY! I currently coach scholastic bowl. We enjoy cheering on MONROE! Over my summer vacation I also was able to visit my family in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We also watched A LOT of baseball games. It was a VERY busy summer! |
